The suggestion is deliberately conditional. It improves nothing if a clearer phrase sends the reader to the wrong place.
Add enough context without exposing a conversation
Identify the mode or page heading and whether the words appeared on a button, message or explanation. Nearby text can help establish grammar, but a full chat transcript is usually a different kind of information. Describe the relevant location without copying unrelated messages or other players' personal details.
If you include a screenshot, check the actual file for account identifiers and notifications before sharing it privately. Keep a typed copy of the unclear phrase alongside it. When you cannot read a character, mark that uncertainty; guessing a character can send the investigation toward a different string.
Suggest a correction without presenting it as official
You may offer an alternative phrase, clearly labelled as your suggestion. Explain which ambiguity it resolves. A suggestion that reads more naturally can still be wrong if it changes the intended action, so ask the developer to confirm meaning before treating your wording as a rule.
