A suspicious sequence is a reason to ask for review, not enough to publicly declare that another player cheated. Moonfrog's published fair-play restrictions prohibit collusion. An outside observer usually lacks the account and activity records needed to establish what happened.
Separate observation from interpretation
Start with what you directly saw. For a fictional example, two displayed player names appeared at the same table during several observed rounds. That is an observation. “They belong to one person” is a separate interpretation. Do not present the second sentence as established merely because the first sentence is true.
Keep three short headings in your note: observed events, why they concerned you, and what you could not verify. This lets a reviewer understand the concern without being asked to accept an accusation. Losing a round, seeing the same names again or disagreeing with an outcome is not, by itself, proof of collusion.
Preserve context without investigating people
Record an approximate time with its time zone, the visible table or round identifier if one exists, and the sequence that matters. If you did not see an identifier, say so. Keep relevant original screenshots privately; do not rearrange them into a sequence that you did not witness.
Do not search for players' home addresses, publish personal details or contact relatives. Do not join a coordinated table to “test” an allegation. The useful next step is a private report to the operator, not a public campaign against an account name.
Ask for an investigation, not a predetermined verdict
A fictional request might read: “These observations made me concerned about coordinated activity. I cannot determine whether the accounts are connected. Please review the relevant records.” Attach the narrow evidence supporting that request, rather than unrelated conversations or other people's accusations.
The developer's app listing provides its current support contact. This independent site cannot access operator records or decide account penalties. A support acknowledgement confirms receipt, not that cheating occurred; lack of a public verdict does not establish either guilt or innocence.
