Before using table chat, check Moonfrog's recording boundary

A chat beside a game table should not be treated as a confidential conversation. Moonfrog's Audio and Chat Policy covers its platforms and apps and allows monitoring or retention of chats. This explains a publisher policy, not which chat features your particular Teen Patti Gold version provides or whether a conversation was recorded.

Identify what you would expose

Separate the table message you want to send from personal details that do not help explain it. A delivery address, phone number or verification code is unnecessary when saying that a table label is unclear. For audio, where available, nearby conversations can disclose details that you did not intend to address to other players.

In a fictional example, a player writes, “I cannot read the message because a notification from my bank covered it,” then prepares to paste the notification. The table-reading problem can be described without the bank message. A narrower replacement is, “Another notification covered the table message; I did not read it.” That preserves the relevant observation without exposing unrelated content.

Separate three different privacy decisions

Entering a table, sending a message and publishing a screenshot are different decisions. A person seeing your display name does not need a copy of your private messages. Seeing other players' messages does not make public redistribution necessary.

If you report a table problem, describe the time and relevant wording first. Ask what information support needs before sending material containing somebody else's details. Do not record other people merely to investigate a routine display problem, and do not publish a chat transcript as a public accusation.

Ask a specific retention question

If you want to know whether a particular interaction is held, identify the approximate date, time zone and account through the provider's private channel. Ask whether the interaction was recorded, the purpose of retention and the process for a privacy request. These are suggested questions, not a claim that the operator can locate every conversation.

This guide cannot inspect recordings or promise deletion. It also does not claim that a mute control, permission switch or app removal deletes material already retained by a service.
